1. Our Commitment to You

We’re genuinely excited to support you on your driving journey. These Terms & Conditions are here to create clarity, protect both of us, and make sure you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout your lessons.

2. Eligibility & Safety

To begin lessons, you’ll need a valid provisional driving licence.

Your wellbeing matters. If you have any medical conditions or concerns that could affect your driving, please let us know so we can support you appropriately. We’re committed to creating a calm, safe learning environment where you can grow at your own pace.

3. Booking Lessons & Payments

Lessons can be booked in advance, and payment is usually made before or at the time of the lesson. If you choose a block booking, we’ll honour any discounted rate once it’s paid. If our prices ever change, we’ll always respect the rate of any lessons you’ve already paid for.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — we understand.

If you need to cancel or move a lesson, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another learner. Late cancellations may be charged at the full lesson rate, simply because the time has been reserved for you. If we ever need to cancel due to illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe weather, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and you won’t be charged.

5. Your Responsibilities

Please arrive on time so you can get the most out of your lesson.For your safety, lessons can’t go ahead if you’re under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving.We ask that you follow your instructor’s guidance — not to limit you, but to keep you safe and help you progress confidently.

6. Our Responsibilities

Your instructor will be fully qualified or a licensed trainee, and always professional, patient, and supportive. Our training vehicle will be clean, insured, roadworthy, and fitted with dual controls.

We’re here to help you learn in a way that feels encouraging, respectful, and tailored to your needs.

7. Driving Tests

We’ll only recommend you for a test when we genuinely believe you’re ready — we want you to feel confident, not rushed. If the instructor feels the School vehicle isn’t safe to use for a test based on your current skill level, they may decline its use. This is always done with your best interest in mind. Any lesson time used on test day (including warm‑up and car hire) will be charged at our standard rate.

8. Liability

We’ll always prioritise your safety, but we can’t be held responsible for incidents that occur if instructions aren’t followed. We’re not liable for DVSA test cancellations, though we’ll support you however we can. Please keep personal belongings safe during lessons.

9. Refunds

If you need a refund for unused prepaid lessons, we’ll handle it fairly and with understanding Lessons already taken can’t be refunded. For block bookings, refunds will be recalculated at the standard lesson rate.

10. Your Privacy

Your personal information is treated with care and stored securely. We only use your details for lesson administration, communication, and legal requirements. We never share your information unless required by law.

11. Updates to These Terms

If we make changes to these Terms & Conditions, we’ll let you know. Our goal is always to keep things transparent and supportive.
